Managing Director Ian Johnson was honoured last week by Creative Access for his commitment to diversity in the media industry and taking on paid interns. and taking on paid interns. and taking on paid interns. Creative Access was founded in 2012 to provide opportunities for paid internships in the creative industries for young people of graduate (or equivalent standard) from under-represented black, Asian and other minority ethnic backgrounds (BAME).  The aim is to improve their chances of securing full-time jobs and, in the longer term, increase diversity and address the imbalance in the sector. Ian Johnson Publicity joined the scheme in 2014 and have already taken on three paid interns from BAME backgrounds.
